In 2002, Bill Beck founded Tenant Realty Advisors as the only exclusive tenant representation firm in the Boise MSA.  With the focus of exclusive tenant representation, he has been able to represent the many corporate USA companies with space facility needs in Boise and the surrounding area.  Such notable firms include UBS Financial Service, Microsoft, Power Engineers, EDS, Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.  Since the late 1990's, no other broker has completed more office lease transactions in the Boise central business district than Bill.

Bill has over thirty-five years experience in commercial real estate brokerage.  He began his career in Orange County, CA with a small boutique firm, Corporate Realty, which exclusively represents tenants and property purchasers and was their top producer for several years.

Next Bill joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Group (now known as CB Richard Ellis) as an office building specialist.  Within five years, he was promoted to Sales Manager of the CB Anaheim, California office.  Bill's final position in California was V.P. Branch Manager Daum Commercial Real Estate Services' 50-person office in Newport Beach.

Upon moving to Boise in 1991, Bill became President of White-Leasure-Clark Commercial Real Estate Services, which was the oldest real estate firm in Boise and at that time considered the most dominant firm in Boise.  In 1995, when the organization was acquired by Colliers International, Bill returned to his first love, exclusively representing the Tenant.

Bill serves on several foundation boards such as the Capital Youth Soccer Club and the Idaho Military History Society.  He has been a member of SIOR, the Society Of Office and Industrial Realtors since 1996 and has served as both President and Vice President of the local SIOR chapter.

Bill holds a BS from Michigan State University.  Following college he joined the US Marine Corps and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 1969.  His billets included a Platoon Commander and a Company Commander.  He finished his service as a Captain in 1978.
