David D. Dowers is a principal and founding partner of Dowers Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. based in Spokane, Washington. David specializes in Tenant Representation and Property Acquisition and has over 16 years of experience in the area of corporate real estate services. David’s experience includes serving as Director of Operations for CLW Real Estate Services, and Southeast Region Director of Construction for Lincoln Property Company. With over 20 years in construction and business management, the added value David brings to his clients is his experience in coordinating and overseeing all appropriate resources to deliver a "complete" project.

David received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He holds a Washington Real Estate License and is a CCIM candidate. David is a Spokane native and is active in the Spokane Regional Chamber, Spokane Economic Development Council, Marketing Associates of Spokane, Traders Club (local commercial real estate professionals network), and other local community, business, and professional organizations. 

Lisa A. Dowers is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington with more than 20 years of experience in Property Management and Tenant/Landlord representation.

Prior to launching Dowers Commercial Real Estate Group, Lisa spent five years with CLW Real Estate Services specializing in corporate real estate services for institutional clients throughout the United States. She worked with Florida Real Estate Advisors in the early-mid 1990’s as their top leasing and marketing representative in Tampa, FL managing and leasing over 500,000 SF of office space.

With her extensive background in the commercial real estate arena, Lisa has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the business and prides herself in her relationships and networking abilities with clients and brokers throughout the country.

Lisa is actively involved with the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce, Spokane Economic Development Council, Traders Club, and is a CCIM candidate.
