Timothy J. McEvoy began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1985 with a focus on strategic marketing practices for the lease and/or sale of Office and Industrial properties. Currently, he is providing tenant oriented representation services to national brokerage firms who have global clients with local requirements, as well as syndicating and acquiring commercial real estate assets in the region and beyond. In addition, Mr. McEvoy has gained valuable experience in the Development and Asset Management areas of the real estate industry where he is Managing Member of firms in each discipline.

He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Management emphasis.
