Mylinda Vick has spent years working in corporate real estate.  As a principal of Cherry & Associates, LLC, which was established in July, 1994, as an exclusive tenant/buyer representation firm, Mylinda is a seasoned veteran of Tenant/Buyer transactions having completed over $120,000,000 in total transaction volume.

Mylinda has been recognized by CoStar Realty Group as a "Top Power Broker" for several years and has regularly been featured in the Nashville Business Journal and received the designation of Top Brokers published by the Nashville Business Journal.  The City Paper featured Mylinda as "Top Ten" People to Watch.  Mylinda received the Middle Tennessee Office Lease of the Year Award for a Corporate Transaction totaling 210,000 rsf.  She has been featured speaker to discuss the Nashville Office market on multiple occasions.

Mylinda represents Corporate Client Groups including Viacom, Mars Petcare, Bridgestone/Firestone, Thomas Nelson Publishing and Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, Berkowitz.

In addition to currently serving on the ITRA Board of Directors, Mylinda has been involved in the following organizations:  Total Quality Management, Chaired Economic Forum Committee; Chaired Athena Luncheon Committee, served President of Commercial Real Estate Women in Nashville; served as Secretary of the local CCIM Chapter, nominated for the NBA's Women of Influence Award.

Mylinda has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.  CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.  She is the Principal Broker for her firm and participates in ongoing education classes.
