As the founder of PG Commercial Real Estate Inc. in 1997, she is the owner of one of a handful the tenant/buyer representation firms currently operating in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Region. Peggy established the first women-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm dedicated to representing Tenant and Buyers in the Philadelphia area. Prior to establishing PG Commercial real Estate Inc., Peggy was an associate broker with High Associates, the commercial real estate subsidiary of High Associates, and for many years a sales, and/or associate broker at Seneca Roach, and Director of Marketing at Heffernan and Partners owners and developers of Babylon Business Campus. She has past experience representing the landlord's interests in structuring and negotiating new leases, but has always favored the position of representing Tenants and Buyers of commercial property. Peggy holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Based in Chicago, The CCIM Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Peggy has an active broker's license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the LaSalle University in 1989. |
