Kelly Co. was established in 1993 to serve the Greater Tampa Bay area after twelve (12) successful years of service with the Henry S. Miller Company and Grubb & Ellis in Dallas, Texas and Tampa, Florida.

Marc R. Kelly Co. primarily represents office industrial and retail tenants with a myriad of space requirements.  Current and former relationships comprise a diverse mix of local regional national and international companies as well as builder’s, developer’s, investors and specialty end users.  Other transaction experience includes; lease option to purchase, sale/leaseback, acquisition/disposition on behalf of banks, corporate users, pension funds, life insurance companies, real estate investment trusts (REITS), U.S. government, investors, users, build-to-suits, inner city blocks and large rural land assembly, various consulting and valuation assignments.

Marc’s family has a long history in the commercial real estate brokerage and development business, leadership roles in numerous industry trade organizations and a dedication to civic duty.  Early on giving back to the communities served became an important cornerstone of Marc’s work ethic. Raising money for cultural and art organizations, volunteering as group leader for annual fund drives soliciting contributions from Fortune 500 corporations to the United Way, American Heart Association, as well as contributing his time and money to other noteworthy causes like the American Lung Association,
Salvation Army, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
 
Mr. Kelly has been awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is the Principal Broker for his firm and participates in ongoing education classes.
