Stuart Holcombe has over twenty years working in corporate real estate and is President and CEO of Corporate Real Estate Advisors (CREA), an international commercial real estate firm based in the Atlanta, Georgia. CREA provides transactional representation, brokerage and consulting services for corporate tenants and buyers of commercial properties in Atlanta and its suburbs in addition to representing clients on an international basis.

Mr. Holcombe founded the firm in 1990 following a 10-year career as an executive with regional and international commercial real estate organizations. Mr. Holcombe specializes in representing Fortune 1000 companies, professional firms, medical organizations and emerging growth organizations for the acquisition and disposition of their office space requirements.  He brings more than 20 years experience in tenant representation.  His clients include US Healthworks, Bosche Corporation Holger Christiansen, Stibo Systems, Philip Morris, CCI Europe, Rockwell Collins and CeloNova BioSciences.

Mr. Holcombe holds various credentials and affiliations including Life-Member-Atlanta Commercial Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club, National Association of Realtors (NAR), Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR), Licensed Real Estate Broker -- State of Georgia, Danish American Chamber of Commerce, The Buckhead Club, Charter Member - Atlanta-Peachtree Rotary, and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Mr. Holcombe currently serves as Treasurer of the ITRA Board of Directors and has a Bachelor of Science degree from LSU.  Mr. Holcombe has been married for 19 years.
